Buku self-help yang bagus. keren.. Tapi karena saya udah banyak "melahap" buku self-help, jadinya banyak yang saya udah tau..

Buku ini sangat beririsan sekali dengan buku buku ini:
Buku ini ringan. Bahasanya mudah dimengerti sekali, dan yang sangat penting: SANGAT MUDAH DIPRAKTEKKAN

Ya! buku self-help itu yang paling penting adalah dipraktekkan, baca buku banyak tapi ga praktek ya percuma.. Dan sepengalaman saya, meski kita tidak begitu mengerti prinsipnya, gapapa, praktek aja dulu, terapkan "plek2an" apa yang tertulis di buku, sambil jalan nanti ketemu, "oh ternyata itu toh maksudnya...."

buku ini sangat cocok untuk siapa saja.. mau pengusaha, karyawan, mahasiswa, siswa, guru, pejabat, kiyai, dan semuanya... Jika anda belum membaca ke-3 buku di atas, buku ini sudah cukup merangkum semuanya.. Jadi sangat sangat recommended untuk dibeli, dibaca, dipraktekkan. Saya kasih nilai 11 dari 10. :p

  • Fix the inputs and the outputs will fix themselves
  • Once your pride gets involved, you'll fight tooth and nail to maintain your habits
  • Finally, the response delivers a reward. Rewards are the end goal of every habit. The cue is about noticing the reward. The craving is about wanting the reward. The response is about obtaining the reward....... Your brain is a reward detector.
  • The ultimate purpose of habits is to solve the problems of life with as little energy and effort as possible
  • There are no good habits or bad habits. There are only effective habits. That is, effective at solving problems.
  • You can break a habit, but you're unlikely to forget it.
  • Making progress is satisfying, and visual measures... provide clear evidence of your progress..
